4 nights / 5 days – Edinburgh & Inverness
Day 1: Transfer from London, afternoon tour in Edinburgh
Board your train from London at 0800 hrs and arrival Edinburgh at 1218 hrs. Check in to your hotel. Late in the afternoon, go for historic Underground Vaults tour – A one-hour daytime walking tour of the underground vaults created in old Town of Edinburgh in the late 18th Century, abandoned in the year 1830 and re–opened to public access in 1996. Overnight stay in your hotel in Edinburgh.
Day 2: Edinburgh to Inverness travel
Breakfast in Edinburgh hotel. Travel from Edinburgh to Inverness by train. Board at 1036 hrs and arrive at 1411 hrs. Check in to your hotel. Later go for the hop on hop off tour of Inverness. See the delightful town of Inverness in the heart of the Highlands, the principal crossroads of the Scottish Highland region. This hop on, hop off coach tour will give you ample opportunity to explore the city center attractions at your leisure, & will take you along the banks of the River Ness.
Day 3: Tour of Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle from Inverness
Breakfast in hotel - In Inverness. Today we will take you to a tour of Jacobite Sensation - The Loch, The Castle, The Legend. Your tour commences with a bus tour starting at Inverness Bus Station & will be followed by a cruise & an hour long visit to Urquhart Castle & a trip to the Loch Ness Monster Exhibition. Day 4: Inverness to Edinburgh, Edinburgh tour and Royal Yacht Britannia
Breakfast in Inverness hotel. Inverness to Edinburgh train. Board the train at 0941 hrs and arrive Edinburgh at 1324 hrs. Today visit The Royal Yacht Britannia - Britannia sailed over one million miles before making historic port of Leith her final home in Edinburgh. Come and discover her fascinating story for yourself. Day 5: Departure to London by Britrail
Breakfast in your hotel. Later check out of your hotel in Edinburgh and board Edinburgh to London train. You have many choices for the train selection, depending on your schedule in London. A train departing at 1200 hrs reaches London at 1642 hrs.you can opt for 1200 hrs departure train, arrives London at 1642 hrs or train departs at 1300 hrs and arrives at 1742 hours.
